This lovely sea view Villa occupies its own little piece of the Liakis Peninsular surrounded by its pretty garden, edged with palms and mediterranean shrubs offering the luxury of uninterrupted privacy.  Green lawns roll down to a well placed pagoda with sublime sea and mountain views and it really is worth getting out of bed early, at least once, to enjoy the sunrise from here. Mostly it’s all about totally easy holiday living at Villa Hephaestus with all accommodation at ground floor level and  the  comforable living room, three airy bedrooms and well organised kitchen no more than a few steps from the  pool, its  terraces and the garden.
 Location, Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens, occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village.  A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea, with sunbeds, parasolsand a ladder entry to the sea - unbeatable for snorkelling. Spartia sandy beach is just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.  
Spartia's mazelike narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas. For more choice, the lovely town of Argostoli is just a 20min drive away.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels, all beds will be made up.
Complimentary Welcome Pack - on arrival you will find drinks & a few snacks in your fridge, to begin your holiday, inside your very own cotton shopping bag.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels and bed linen will be changed every 3 - 4 days. The price is inclusive of a light midweek clean.
For stays of less than 7 nights - house towels will be changed mid-stay as well as a light mid-stay clean.
