Just a few minutes away is a local restaurant whilst the main beach at Skala and restaurants are just 1.3 kilometres away which can be accessed by foot as long as it isn’t too hot! By car it is less than 5 minutes to the resort centre. A small bay with rock bathing is accessible just 200 metres away from the villas, below the site of the ancient temple and tiny chapel just next to the villas. There are 8 steps down to the front door from the parking area but the owner has provided a ramp with hand rail for those who can’t manage the steps or just so that you can wheel your cases right to the door .

Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 8 steps but there is also ramp access available. The front door has a width of 100cm and other doors that access the pool area are 100cm wide also. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. There are stairs from the lounge entrance down to the kitchen area and the outside terrace. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 75cm wide which is the shower room.
